A brand new kitchen is the heart of this home.  From it you can gaze out at the view, or chat to your guests in the dining area, or watch the living room TV -  or serve up a culinary delight to friends at the breakfast bar.

 You’ll be amazed at how everything you need for comfortable living has been accommodated in so moderate a space. 

The dining set accommodates four,  with room to spare.  The living area offers two couches, a 25” TV, a CD player and a fireplace.  There is even a desk – tough to concentrate though, while those sailboats beckon.

Perhaps the neatest feature is found in the ‘L’ of the space.  We’ve installed a double murphy bed with built-in closets.  It’s as comfy as down home.  And if you want to leave the bed down, there is a curtain which pulls all the way around to provide privacy.

Your ensuite washer and dryer are tucked away inside the four piece bathroom.

This terrific pied-a-terre is housed in our favourite building.  It’s only a few minutes walk to all of Toronto’s downtown’s attractions.  The amenities include:  underground parking, 24 hour concierge, indoor pool, sauna, library and a party room complete with catering kitchen.
