cadding #105:       You may have guessed that we love this building!  This condo is Longboat Living’s third at 65 Scadding Avenue.  Our bias is simple to explain:  the location is wonderful – it’s an easy walk to much action while the immediate neighbourhood is quiet and green;  the building is well managed and immaculate; and, we like the people who live here.

     You’ll love the convenience of having your own front door to the street and a private patio on which to barbecue.  Say hello over the fence to the people next door in 107 cause they’re our guests too.
